Foun metal in Dominos Pizza
I found a hunk of metal in a slice of pizza I was eating I have 2 witnesses who saw me pull the metal out of the pizza what kind of settlement could I get from this? It was big enough to choke me had I swallowed it

It does not appear as though you sustained any physical injury or medical problems associated with the metal piece in your mouth. A tortious cause of action could be negligence but negligence requires damages. You might seek a tortious remedy known as negligent infliction of emotional distress but most courts require severe mental anguish more than the normal person could stand in order for negligent infliction of emotional distress to succeed.
