Re: petit theft

Sure, through proper application and motion to the court. It can be done as long as you've fully completed all terms of probation. Doing so will allow you to say 'no' to convictions on most private employment applications. Feel free to contact me to discuss the costs and process.

Re: petit theft

Yes, so long as you're currently off of probation, didn't pick up any violations in the interim period, and don't have any criminal charges pending currently. Then it won't be a problem. If you aren't off probation yet, but are close, you'd still have a chance, but if you picked up other offenses or have anything pending currently it would be unlikely. Give me a call or email if you want to discuss.
