Legal Question in Immigration Law in Idaho

Divorce and immigration

My husband filed an I485 for me. although i have recieved my but have not even had the interview yet. We were told to file seperetly for my daughter who has been here and attending school here since august 2003 and where dut to send this this month. Unfortunatly he has filed divorce on me today.

my question is will we now be deported and if so is there anything we can do to stay in the USA other than filing through my husband. I gave up everything to come here and be with him and have no where else to go. Can you give me any advice?

I'm sorry but there is not enough information here to allow me to give you a good answer. Your issue is complex enough that you should consult with an immigration attorney that can review the specifics of your situation.
