Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Idaho

Nothing done about complaint of sexual harrassment

My assistant manager has created a hostile working environment at work for me. I told my general manager about the situation and nothing was done. I still proceeded to work with him and his environment. Can I not only file a law suite against my assistant manager but against my general manager as well for not handling the situation?

A hostile working environment is difficult to prove, you need documentation and you need people willing to come forward. Did you file an EEOC claim? Start there.
