Legal Question

Attorneys Only: Answer this Question

My twins, which ave developmental delays, attended a daycare within the first three my eldest had his finger closed in a door which required three sutures. Three weeks later my youngest twin fell & hit the bridge of his nose on a chair & that resulted in 3 sutures as well. Do I have a case?
