THANK YOU, My case is i am in divorce proceeding and my wife filed bankruptcy 10 years ago and I need to know am i still financially responsable for her past? THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.

You are only responsible for what debts are yours personally and what is said you are to pay in the judgment for dissolution.
