asset protection

I want to establish a fire wall between potential creditors and my family. I have property I rent out seasonally 1 of 2 properties in Florida a property in foreclosure (but recently canceled) I also consult on a part time basis for additional income. Therefore I want to minimize my exposure to potential liability ''attachments''. What is the best corase to take? Place everything including liquid assets under an LLC?

Generally, Florida has among the most consumer friendly consumer protection laws in the United States. You might do better to contact a Florida counsel.
