breach of contract and negligence for lost business

i have been advertising with a phone book company for fifteen years and have always had a add in that phone book advertising snd this year was no diferant we signed the contract agreed on the ad and waited for the books to arrive but this year the book came out (this last week ) but my add was omited my coupon was there and you can clearly see where it was to be placed but mine was not printed there. they called the day before it arrived at my office to notify me that they had made a mistake and it was omited in the computer and therefore was not printed.my buisiness is a 24/7 emergancy service based buisiness not having those adds essentially puts me out of buisiness.. do i have a case for damages based on breach of contract and negligence for lost income

You need to have an attorney review the documents that were exchanged. Oftentimes, there is a disclaimer of liability or a limit on damges clause

that may or may not be enforceable.
