Direct deposite

What do you do if your company has put $60,000 more in your account on direct deposit than you are owed - can they take it back?

In general the answer in most cases is yes. It depends on your agreement with the company with regard to direct deposit. In the bigger question, issues arise related to criminal fraud that I cannot answer at this time.
