Hello. It appears as if you or someone you know has been the victim of slander or defamation. You can file a lawsuit in the county where this occurred. I suggests you get a lawyer to represent you. The offending party has to be served with the complaint and summons. Your complaint should outline what happened, when and where, etc. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
