In the state of Illinois, what is the stipulations on adding into a prenuptial agreement "after acquired " property?

This is too complicated to be answered in this setting. That being said, the biggest problem with prenuptial agreements is how they are administered after marriage -- that is accounting for acquisition and disposition of assets.
