Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

my daughter took her car in for a oil change, when the car was done she drove home and heard a clicking noise ....she was going to take the car back to wear she had the oil change but would not have made it back to them because they were closing.....she took it back the next morning...they told her that they would do another oil change...when she got home and went to change for work or whatever she went out to her car and tried to start it when she said that it made a very loud screeching noise and would not start.she had the car towed to the dealer were she had bought the car for she has an extended warranty on it and that they had the car there a week before to fix a electrical problem(dash board gauges stopped working,no speed odometer, gas gauges etc..) now the dealer says that the rods, crank or whatever is blown and that she needs another engine in the car.when i called the oil place to let them know what happened they told me that when she came in they told her that she did not have oil in her car and that there was antifreeze in with the oil....and that she had probably blew head gaskets..and that they did not do anything wrong(obvious ,new that they would say something like that)the dealer told me that that was not the case and that they(oil place did something wrong like did not put oil in car)(obvious too,i knew that each place would point fingers )the dealer said that it is not covered under warranty due to outside influence(whatever that means, yes i know its another way for them to say that it is not covered and they wont)question that i have (one of many) is what type of attorney do i get in contact with to discuss with ?i know that this is difficult and may be costly but i just want to discuss this with a attorney to see what options we have if any...Please advise thank you

You would want to collect as much evidence as possible, and sue both of them.
