Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I have been served with a summons to appear, by a Debt Collector, on a credit card account!

I know the dept. is mine, but have been putting it off as long as possible! I have a $9.50/30 hr. a week job, have moved back in with my parents, I do own a 2002 truck, it is the only way I can get to work,should I be worried about it and what should I take to court with me? What should I except?

I also noted in the summons they wrongly state what county I live in, should I notify someone ofthe error?

Your concern for the truck may or may not be justified, depedning on its value, how much you owe on the truck and how much you owe on the credit card debt.
