Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Ok in 07 me and my girlfriend now being my ex got credit cards together her being primary me being secondary so we both had cards to use us being joint on the cards. She broke up with me in 07 and that was when the cards where used last in 07. Now in 09/10 she files a police report saying she did not concent I see the detective at the end of 2010 telling him she did concent it's now been almost six months have not heard anything should I worry??
