i am 17 years old and i will be 18 in august my boy friend is 15. what kind of legal trouble can i get in if we arent doing anything sexual? can i get in trouble for kissing?

No, but sometimes one thing leads to another. Neither one of you is old enough to legally consent to sex, and it might be you that gets into trouble if something should happen. Please be very careful and think about your decision.
