Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Concern

my uncle is in jail for 2 counts of preditory assult on a minor and he has a public defender that isn't helping him and I am trying to find someone that will give 110% of their time to help him! Is there someone I can get to help me and try to lower his bond? He had a court hearing today and they said no guitly! So can someone please help me?

No lawyer can give you 110% of his time, because he has other clients and commitments. However, to get a lawyer to put in the necessary time it will cost about $20,000.00. Good luck.

If you are looking to hire a private lawyer to represent your uncle, feel free to call me to discuss. If you would like the public defender, your uncle�s current lawyer to file a motion to reduce bond, your uncle should discuss that with his lawyer. I hope this helps.
