Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Would there be considered a conflict of interest,when the States Attorney in criminal matter representted me in atleast 5 criminal cases and 1 juvinele case in the past 7 years? If this is one please give me some cases from Illinois that would pertain to my case.

It is certainly possible that this would not be a conflict if it is for a different offense. Without more details it is not possible to say with any certainty if there is a conflict or not.
