Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

need representation

I need representation for an Appeal of a decision made by the Illinois DCFS. I was accused of Molestation by the child of a Girlfriend that I broke up with., There was an investigation and they stated that I was ''Indicated'' that it was evident that I had molested her. She has since admitted to making the story up. She has admitted this to her family but not to any official. I requested, and was granted an appeal, I think I should get legal representation but have limited financial resources., I am a Medical professional, have a good job and make a good living, but do not have alot of upfront resources. The initial accusation supposedly took place in Florida, I currently live in Alabama, the ''victim and investigation/appeal are in Chicago. The victims own mother was present 100% of the time that I was ever around the child and adamently states that I never had a moment alone to do such a thing. What can I do? Is it possible to make payments on legal services, I am at a loss and fear I will get indicted simply because I have limited financial resources. Can someone please help?

Re: need representation

Borrow the money if you have to. My firm charges $2500 for administrative appeals, but time is of the essence, so if you are serious, you must act at once as you have time limits regarding your appeals. We accept credit cards and can work with a payment plan.

Feel free to call my office.
