Sealment of felony records

Ihave class 4 and 3 felony record for depceptive practice and forgery, i have not been in trouble since 2005 can i get those records sealded? And how do i go about starting this process and getting a lawyer that can help me?

Felony convictions for deceptive practice and forgery can't be expunged or sealed unless a pardon is received. Pardons are difficult to obtain.

No, you will not be able to expunge/seal those conviction. The only felonys that are expungeable are minor drug possession or prostitution for felonies.

You will need to get a pardon from the governor.
