Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

I am 16 and got an underage drinking ticket in WI. I was not in a car and was not driving. I am a resident of IL, and have an IL drivers license. Can I drive on it? Will it be suspended?

If you are convicted in WI, the WI SOS will report the conviction to the IL SOS, and they will yank your license, as, I believe, WI and IL are members of the Interstate Compact. You should get an attorney in WI. Good Luck!
