DUI Court Supervision

My boyfriend received a DUI in Dec, 2005. He just had his sentence hearing in Nov. 2006. He was given court supervision for the DUI and for speeding. He received a moving traffic violation earlier this week. Will his license automatically be suspended?

I think that it is likely that the State might file a Petition to Revoke. You need the immediate assistance of a lawyer. If you don't have a lawyer, call your local bar association for a referral.
