Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

Dui while on parole.

I let my boy friend drive and his liscense is revoked and he was on parole and we got pulled over and he got a dui but hasnt been convicted yet and now hes off parole but the court said it was a misdemeanor what are they going to do?

It sounds like he is charged with driving on a revoked license and DUI. What is he going to be sentenced to depends on what he is found guilty of, if anything, and his background. Your boyfriend should discuss his case with a lawyer.
