I first got a Dui then i went through the process and 3 months got my licence back got a second dui but got dropped and repleced with reckless driveing lost my licence for 3 years .is the any way to get my licence back

You got a second statutory summary suspension within 5 years of the first one. Evidently you did not take a breath test and that is why you are suspended for three years. That suspension will stay in place for the three year period, and there is no relief. There is a ninety day time period in which to contest the suspension. It sounds as though part of the agreement that had your second case changed to a reckless there was an agreement not to contest the suspension.
