Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

I have older DUI convictions I did time for in the Cook County Jail, can I have the convictions removed on the basis of time considered served and enter a motion to squash, or credit for the time served.

Do you want to expunge these convictions?

You may not expunge DUI's in Illinois.

If you did not finish the obligations of your sentence you may have a warrant, in which case you may need to hire an attorney so that can go to vourt and have the warrant quashed.

I'm not sure which situation applies to you.
