Public Urination Ticket Chicago
I got a Public Urination ticket from the Chicago police. Municipal Code 8-4-081. The ticket says that I have to appear in court unless I have been issued a mail in option violation. I read the back of the ticket, and code 8-4-081 is not on the mail in option.
Do I need to appear in court or if I can mail in the fine?
I don't know what the fine is.
Will this be something that will be on my record? Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks.

Seems obvious that you will have to appear in court. I would advise that you have a lawyer.
