Can elderly father sell his home to daughter for--name removed--value?

Greetings! I'm not sure what the issue is here. If the concern is the father's competence to sign a deed, then it would depend on his medical condition. But perhaps there is an issue regarding the father's creditors. If the transfer is for value, it would be difficult for a creditor to challenge the sale as fraudulent.
