husband's daughter turns 18 today, graduates in May from HS. All are IL. residents-can he stop paying after graduation if she doesn't prove full time student/college? What if she takes semester off?

Re: child support

he can stop paying when the daughter graduates (or until she turns 19 if she is still in high school when she turns 19, which does not apply here). I believe I spoke with you on this question.

Re: child support

Child Support does not continue through college, however man times parents can be ordered to pay college expenses and provide healthcare throughout college. He can stop once the child graduates, but he needs to make sure the order has a termination date, otherwise he needs to do a motion to terminate child support to make sure it stops accruing.
