Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

child support

I paid the support throughout the years and the State of IL. The state has garnished my wages and when I try to get information, I have received several letters and none reflect the same amount as being owed?. They show anywhere form 24k to 400.00. What is your recommendations? I have gone to court to dispute and resolve for over a year. The cases (2) do not reflect all moneies paid out either. I feel the debt has been satisfied and if anything they I am due a refund. I live an another state and travel expenses are building. I have rec'd copies of balance sheets from the state and they too are all different.

Re: child support

You need to file a lawsuit to terminate the support withholding or obligation and show the court the evidence that you have acquired.
