Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

At a conference of two opposing parties, if the opposing lawyer accuses you of harrasing a third party (which the third party says she never made such an accusation) can that lawyer be brought up on any charges or sanctioned by the bar?

Talk to your own attorney. You can make such a complaint to the ARDC but it is unlikely to go anywhere.
