Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Consent Judgment Order

I am the custodial parent of my three children. My ex-wife does not pay Child support but it was reserved in the divorce decree. I filed for child support a year after the divorce. The judge denied the petition because he said not enough has changed since the divorce. This was not true but the judge saw otherwise. We then filed a motion to reconsider in which the same judge turned down. Now I have received a letter from my attorney saying that there is a court date for ''Consent Judgment Order'' against my ex. I can't reach my attorney. WHAT IS THIS? I thought after the judge said no.. that was it.
