Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Dealing with unfriendly ex-inlaws

I would like to know what rights my ex-inlaws have in seeing my daughter (their granddaughter)? Do I have to let them see her if we cannot agree on anything and do not get along. I've tried to deal with these people on a civil basis but they are very cold people. My daughter is mentally handicapped and feel her needs are better handled here at home.
