Your ex cannot remove the children from Illinois without the court's permission. You should contact your divorce attorney and have them file a motion with the court to bar her from moving the children out of State. That will bring the issue before the court and she will have to explain to the court why it would be in the children's best interest to move. In your Petition (motion) you should ask the court to grant you residential custody/possession of the children.
