If purchased prior to the marriage, and not co-mingled with marital property, you have an excellent chance of keeping it as non-marital property. If you have any other questions, please call.

It's difficult to say without getting any further information about this property. Could be deemed marital if purchased in anticipation of marriage or if was somehow comingled or "gifted" to the marital estate.
