Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

if you are estranged from your wife for over a year and a credit card company calls you and asked you about new charges on the credit card you have canceled 2 months before , to find out your estranged wife reopened the card changed your personal information pin number address . then have two new cards sent to her new address with your name as a primary signer and run up a bill,and all this time open the bill addressed in his name is this mail fraud?

That's criminal law question, not a divorce question. If it was a joint card, in theory your wife had the right to reopen her account, but I question whether she had a right to open your account. The account agreement should be reviewed. Do you have anything in writing with the co. cancelling the account? If so write them and them that she had no right to open your account and that she committed a fraud.
