Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I had filed divorce case in Bloomington court Illinois On 17th May2013.I came back to India & unable to go back due to financial reasons.At present I do not have any attorney in USA.Can I file an application for dismissal of the case at Bloomington court & to whoom I should adress it?

You could send a letter to the Clerk of the Court asking that the case be dismissed and explaining the circumstances or you could do nothing and evetually, the case will be dismissed routinely since no one is pursuing the case anymore. This is not something which you really have to worry about.
