Joint custody moving overseas military

My xhusband and I have joint custody of our children with one living with him and the other myself. He just got orders to Korea for 4 years and is taking our daughter. Can I fight this? Do I have a chance?

Of course you can fight this. Parents in IL cannot leave the state without either the other parent's permission or court order. I would recommend doing something before he actually leaves for Korea, for obvious reasons.
