If a make a year 28000 and my ex is making 55000 both have joint custody of the kids and both expend the same time with them the only different is a have to pay health insurance for them plus child support 33% is any way I can reduce the child support or stopped?

You will have to go back into court and petition for a reduction in support with a showing that the time and expenses of the children is equally divided and that given the disperity in the incomes that requiring you to pay the full amount of support is inequitable.
