Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Hello, My nane is Geno Jurasek I am having to represent myself in a reduction of child support case that has been blown out of proportion. We have been to court at least 7 times since I filed a reduction for child support motion on Sept, 14 2008. The judge has finally ruled that my supprot will be reduced in my favor. The plaintif, my ex wife's laywer has requested that I pay her attorney's fees. I can't affora my own laywer. So I need to know how to request or state that I can't be held to pay for her laywer, is there a president that I can state to the judge helping me to be held not liable to pay for her laywer? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Geno Jurasek.

Its very unlikely that the judge will award the other attorney fees since he found in your favor on the reduction issue. Just because the attorney is asking for fees doesn't mean he will get them and his client has primary responsibility for his fees, first and foremost.
