Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am doing pro se divorce in Illinois. My oldest son is in DCFS care at a transitional center for touching his siblings. I need him to testify. If I supenia him, can DCFS or the center refuse to let him? Can they get in trouble if they block it?

You'll need to get a court order to have him brought in and it is unlikely that the Judge will allow him to testify. You should bring a Motion before the court before you do anything and you have to be prepared to tell the court what you want him to testify about.
