You are entitled to share of pension and retirement benefits and other marital property. Since the flat was acquired during separation and likely you have little equity, it should not be an important issue. You are advised to get a family law attorney who can represent you in getting your full share of marital property. If your husband has a much higher income than you, he should pay most of the legal fees, so go for it.
