Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My question is regarding my kids,they live with mom but since last summer she has a problem, BEDBUGS and according with my kids is worse in their bedroom to the point she move the kids from one room to another part of the house, well my problem comes when I pick up my kids for my time or my weekend ,so far i have found some traveling bugs coming to my house something that`s getting me upset but I wonder can I take my ex back to court for this problem first my kids health second she is getting this out of hand but refuse to call pest control I want to get a court order so she can finish this problem

I doubt you can force her directly to get pest control, but you can ask for custody because of her mistreatment of the kids. That may change her tune.
