Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have two questions. My fiance and I would both like to change our last names to his mother's maiden name when we get married because he doesn't have a relationship with his father, can we both do that with our marriage licence? And also I would like to change my first name aswell, is there anyway to change both my first and last name at the same time so I don't have to change my social and I'd and info twice?
