unpaid child support

judge stayed 1985 order. does that mean my x doesn't have to pay? I thought it ment judge was waiting for results of x's affidavit and pending personal injury lawsuits so he could figure amounts x had to pay. judge awarded 30% of all income after deductions and that he had to pay arrearage for girls and son. in the state of illinois child support is always owed. how do i go about collecting it? i went to the state of illinois for help collecting and they just used my information to get the court to award$250 + $25 month to woman state of illinois paid aide to and represented using my information i gave state to help me and they just dumped me.

can you tell me what to do and how to do it.

It is difficult to try to teach a non-attorney how to handle a child support case, that is why people go to college, law school, and practice for years. If you are not receiving child support, go to the state and they can help you. It's much slower than a private attorney, but its free.
