Old visitation order

My fiance had a son 11yrs ago had paternity and csupport/visitation and it was coming out of his checks it stopped and he never followed the visitation order. His son recently found him and wants to see him? Is the old visitation order valid or what should we do? WHat about the support order we have 3 children ourselves and not much money at this time due to 1 income until I graduate in MAY with my RNPlease help?

Visitation and support orders are typically valid until a subsequent order supercedes them. Without seeing the language of the orders however, no attorney can properly advise you. You should schedule an appointment with an attorney to receive a full and proper evaluation.
