car

i bought a car from a dealer, and i want my money back for the car, but he refuse to give me my money back. remind you i never drove the car off the lot. and the still have the car.

If you entered into a valid contract to buy a car for a certain price, you would need a valid reason to cancel the contract, not just changing your mind.

Unless there was a significant misrepresentation or some legitimate reason other than a change of mind for cancelation, the agreement to purchase is valid and the dealer is right to insist on completing the transaction.
