can my husband's divorce attorney serve me with emergency no notice to vacate at my house

Your question doesn't make sense. What's the notice say? Are you saying your husband's attorney served it on you personally at your home? The attorney can personally serve you at your home in lieu of mail, but it depends on what he served you. You need to clarify your question.

Sounds like you are talking about a Motion to Vacate the notice of that motion has been served on your at your house.

If that is the case the answer is yes.
