slander

my company has been in business a short time we stared uff doing great a relative that owns the same type of business they have said things called are customers told we were going under. i have lost jobs not counting all the mental

stess to me and all the people that work for me. what can i

do. thank you

Re: slander

You would seem to possibly have numerous causes of action against the other party. Defamation, interference with prospective business relationships, interference with contracts.

The first thing that could possibly be done is attempting to obtain an injunction against the other side to prevent them from saying anything else derogatory. Second would be an action for damages.
