after practical training

My practical training visa just expired and I can stay in the country legaly two months more. What options do I have for extending my legal stay in USA?

Within 60 days of expiration of PT, find an H-1B sponsor for a specialty occupation and have sponsor file for a change of status to H-1B status for you.
