Seperated with H4: How/where to get a copy of H4 ?

I am in H4. My husband has the copy of it, wouldn't give it to me because of marital disagreement. How could I get a copy of it. I want to be independent of my husband's (h1)status just in case. I do not have a bachelor degree. What are my options? Please need help soon!!

You should have evidence of your H4 status in your passport. When you entered the country, you received an H4 visa stamp in your passport to allow you to enter the US in that status.
