Wage Assignment

I co-signed for a car for a friend and now I 'm getting a wage asignment on my job is there any way I can sue him now that he has a job and own property?

I deal mainly in intellectual property (i.e., copyrights and trademarks) but you should be able to take your friend (ex-friend) to small claims court for the money you are out. Good luck. DS

You might try reposting your question in a different category. Intellectual property concerns trademarks and copyrights. But, yes, there is a way you can sue him.
